Frequently asked questions

Find clear answers regarding our rapid response times, transparent callout pricing, emergency procedures, and regular maintenance packages designed to protect your equipment and business operations.

How fast can an engineer arrive in an emergency?

We offer 24/7 callouts throughout Nottingham and the wider East Midlands. For urgent breakdown situations, our engineers typically arrive within 1 to 2 hours to diagnose and resolve the issue quickly.

What systems do you service and repair?

We repair and maintain a wide variety of equipment including walk-in cold rooms, cellar coolers, commercial air conditioning, domestic air conditioning, and commercial kitchen extract systems.

How does your repair pricing work?

We believe in full transparency. Our initial callout fee covers both travel and the first full hour of on-site diagnostic and repair work. Any required additional time is charged at a straightforward, fixed hourly rate.

What should I do first if equipment breaks down?

If safe to do so, isolate the power to prevent further damage and keep cold room or fridge doors securely shut to retain internal temperatures. Then, contact us immediately by phone or email to dispatch an engineer.

Why is routine preventative maintenance important?

Regular preventative maintenance keeps your refrigeration and cooling units running at peak energy efficiency, substantially cuts operating costs, and catches small component wear before it leads to costly emergency downtime.

Which geographical areas do you cover?

Our headquarters is in Nottingham, and our field technicians actively provide emergency repairs, routine servicing, and planned maintenance contracts across the entire East Midlands region.
